Don't be weirded out that I talk about Byron Katie, I swear it's good for you. I just finished her book A Mind at Home With Itself and spare you reading it (if you'd think it's too woo woo). It's kind of like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, with a warm cup of mushroom tea (the fun kind of mushrooms).
